Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it within 14 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during your purchase, and you will not be charged any additional fees for the reimbursement.

Refunds: All purchases made on RaagaScience are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances approved by our management team.
Order Errors or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof (such as photos or videos).
Service Cancellation: In the event that RaagaScience cancels a service or order for any reason, customers will receive a full refund for the affected transaction.
Force Majeure: If delays or cancellations occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or unforeseen technical failures), no refunds will be issued. However, we will make every effort to reschedule or replace the affected service.
Product Availability: In rare cases where a product is out of stock after purchase, you will be notified promptly, and the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
Refund Eligibility Timeline
In cases where a refund is applicable, it shall be processed as per the following structure:
100% Refund — if cancelled within 75 days before delivery/service date
75% Refund — if cancelled 60 days before delivery/service date
50% Refund — if cancelled 30–45 days before delivery/service date
No Refund — if cancelled less than 30 days before delivery/service date
